Known by different names across Central America, this is one of the region’s most popular hard cheeses. Imported from Camoapa, Nicaragua—a region renowned for cheese production—this dry, non-melting cheese is perfect for cooking or enjoying as a snack.

Duro Blando / Morolique / Llanero / Costeño Cheese (Semi-Soft)
